#3. Bug – Customers Using The New Logic To Calculate Balance Due Can See Balance Due Even When The Option Is Unchecked

Many firms reported that the Balance Due was still displayed on the Invoices even though they had unchecked the “Include Balance Due on Cover Page and Main Invoice.” This has been fixed and the new logic to calculate the Balance Due is considering the settings in the Flexible Template.

#4. Bug – In Certain Cases, The System Displayed Timeout Error On Draft Invoices Screen

A customer reported an issue where, when generating Draft Invoices for certain clients, the system timed out and was returning an error after the screen kept loading for a long time. This has been fixed by optimizing the query to load the Matter information more efficiently.

#5. Bug – The System Was Returning An Invalid ‘OrderBy’ Field Error On One Of The Search APIs
A customer reported an issue where if there was no field value defined for the ‘OrderBy’ clause to sort the results, the system would return an “Invalid ‘Order By’ field.” This has been fixed so that, by default, the search results are set to sort by the ‘Id’ field unless the OrderBy field is defined by the user.

#6. Bug – Unable To Load The Client Dashboard Screen When Selecting Multiple Clients

One of the customers reported that when they unchecked the ‘All’ option under the Client selector and then attempted to select some Clients, the Client Dashboard screen would not load. This has been fixed.

#7. Bug – Incorrect Source And Payment Method Shown Against Failed Payments & Deposits

It was internally identified that on TimeSolvPay’s Transactions screen, incorrect Sources and incorrect Payment Methods were displayed when Recurring Payments, Payments, and Trust Deposits failed to process. This has been fixed.

#8. Bug – ‘Use Existing Credits’ Option Is Displayed Even When It Should Not Be Displayed

During internal testing, it was identified that the ‘Use Existing Credits’ option was showing up even though there were no Payments with balances from which credits could be utilized. This has been fixed and the ‘Use Existing Credits’ option will not show up in this case.

#9. Bug – Amounts Not Displayed Correctly Under Their Respective Columns and Levels

During internal testing, it was identified that on the Client Dashboard’s Data Table, on selecting the Show Billed/Collected for>Selected Period from the dropdown, under the ‘Collected’ column, the amount against only the first Matter was shown. Also, the Billed amount was not displayed on the Matter level.
On the Financial Dashboard, the ‘Collected’ amount was not shown on the Matter level.
These issues have been resolved.

#10. Bug – On The Financial Dashboard’s Top Client Chart, Values Not Updating When Switching Dropdown Selection

It was internally identified that the Financial Dashboard’s Top Client chart was not updating the values on the first attempt when the dropdown selection was changed. This has been fixed.

#11. Bug – The Financial Dashboard Only Displayed Matters Which Had Worked Amount

It was internally identified that when selecting a Client on the Financial Dashboard, only those Matters were displayed on the Data Table that had worked amount for the selected date range. This has been fixed so that all Client’s Matters are displayed, whether they have worked amount or not.

#12. Bug – Financial Dashboard’s Collection Chart Including Write-Offs And Credit Memos In Collected Amount
During internal testing, it was identified that the Financial Dashboard’s Collection chart also included ‘Write Offs’ and ‘Credit Memos’ in the collected amount. This has been fixed so that allocated and unallocated amounts do not consider Write-Offs and Credit Memos.

#13. Bug – The Amount Tab Does Not Show As Selected On Staff Dashboard’s Worked Time Chart
It was internally identified that on the Staff Dashboard’s Worked Time chart when the user clicks on the ‘Amount’ tab, it does not show up as highlighted to indicate the current selection. As such user is unaware if the chart is displaying data for the ‘Amount’ or not. This has been fixed.
