Getting Started with Free Training
All new customers are offered free online administrator training and a one-time setup to ensure that your account is configured to meet your business needs. Click on the links below to schedule online training and setup. Admin training is divided up into two parts: initial setup and billing. Conflicts Search training is provided as a separate session. For users that do not require Admin training and are only going to enter their time and expenses, self-paced online training is also available.
