TimeSolv Version 20260403 Feature Updates & Bug Fixes
Release Date: April 03, 2026
- Enhancement – User Information and Phone Validation Added During CRM Setup
We enhanced the CRM setup process by adding a User Information section to the firm enrollment screen. This section captures key user details required for CRM access. We also added phone number validation during the Grant CRM Access process, so users are prompted to correct invalid phone numbers before CRM access can be granted.
- Enhancement – Client Portal Mobile Layout Improved for Add Credit Card Screen
We resolved an issue where the Add Credit Card / Enter Card Details screen in the Client Portal was not displaying properly on smaller mobile screens. In some cases, users had to scroll horizontally to view the full form or access the Submit Payment button. The page has been updated to improve mobile responsiveness so the card entry form displays more cleanly on smaller screens.
- Bug – Scheduled Reports Now Display Correctly Under Manage Report Schedules
We resolved an issue where scheduled report emails were still being sent, but the schedules were not visible under Reports > Manage Schedules > Manage Report Schedules. Scheduled reports can now be properly viewed and managed from the application, allowing users to update or remove scheduled report emails as needed.
- Bug – ACH Payment Methods Now Display Correctly in Client Portal
We resolved an issue where ACH payment information saved during a Client Portal payment was successfully saved in TimeSolv but was not appearing as an available payment method in the Client Portal. Saved ACH payment methods should now appear correctly in the Client Portal and be available for future use.
- Bug – Trust Accounting Options Now Display Correctly After Plan Upgrade
We resolved an issue where firms upgraded to a plan with Trust Accounting enabled were not seeing the expected Trust Accounting options in the application. Eligible firms should now see the appropriate trust-related options based on their active service plan.
- Bug – Automated Emails Stopped for Terminated or Blocked Firms
We resolved an issue where automated invoice reminder emails could continue to send after a firm account was terminated or blocked. System-generated invoice emails and reminder emails are now prevented from being sent for firms that are no longer active.
