1. Bug – TimeCard API Rate Calculation Updated for Rate Override Handling
   We resolved an issue where time entries created through the TimeCard API could incorrectly keep the rate and total amount at zero, even when valid rate settings were available. The API has been updated so system-calculated rates can now be applied correctly when rate override is not intended.
