1. Bug – Rate Changes Screen Updated to Show Correct New Rate Values
   We resolved an issue where the Rate Changes screen could incorrectly display the New Rate as $0.00 for certain time entries, even though the actual billing rates were correct. The rate display logic has been updated so the New Rate reflects the correct effective rate based on the applicable rate settings.
