TimeSolv Version 20250615 Feature Updates & Bug Fixes

Release Date: June 15, 2025

  1. Enhancement – Automatic Deactivation and Reactivation of Inactive Client Portal Users
A new system enhancement has been introduced to automatically deactivate Client Portal users who haven’t logged in for a set period of time, helping maintain active and secure user lists. If any of these users attempt to log in again with valid credentials, their account will be automatically reactivated, ensuring a seamless experience. Additionally, the portal’s contact management screen has been improved for better clarity and access to manual reactivation options.
  2. Bug – Payment Failures in TimeSolvPay Now Clearly Indicated on Invoices Screen
An issue was resolved where failed payments in TimeSolvPay were not showing the yellow warning icon on the Invoices > Sent screen. With this fix, any payment that fails will now display the appropriate warning icon along with the exact error message received from the payment processor. This ensures that users are promptly informed of failed transactions and can take action accordingly.
  3. Bug – Credit Card on File Now Appears on Trust Replenish Screen When Added at Client Level (LawPay)
A fix has been implemented to ensure that the “Credit Card – On File” option appears on the Trust Replenish screen when a saved card is added at the client level, even if no card is stored at the matter level. Previously, this option would only show if the card was saved under a specific matter, causing confusion for LawPay users. The system now correctly checks the client-level card if no matter-level card is available.
