TimeSolv Version 20250601 Feature Updates & Bug Fixes

1. Bug – LawPay Activation Blocked Due to TimeSolvPay Restrictions – Resolved
   Customers transitioning from TimeSolvPay to LawPay were unable to activate LawPay payment profiles due to a validation error that incorrectly detected inactive TimeSolvPay profiles as active. The issue stemmed from a system flag that caused the platform to treat even paused or deactivated TimeSolvPay profiles as active.

   The validation logic has been corrected, allowing LawPay profiles to be activated without requiring the removal of previously used TimeSolvPay records. This fix resolves the profile activation conflict and enables a smoother transition between payment providers.

2. Bug – Fixed Incorrect Date Range Display in new versions of PDF Reports
   Resolved an issue where the PDF output of the new (Beta) reports displayed a date range that was one day earlier than the selected range. The configuration was updated to ensure the reports now accurately reflect the user-selected start and end dates. Users should now see consistent date ranges between the selection interface and the generated PDFs.
3. Bug – Email Delivery Fix – Resolved Issue with Missing ‘To’ Field for Invoice Emails
   Fixed an issue where invoice emails failed to deliver because the primary recipient’s email address was missing from the ‘To’ field. This occurred due to a prior hard bounce on the recipient’s address, causing suppression in the email delivery system. Updates have been made to improve email validation and suppression handling to ensure future invoice emails are correctly sent to all intended recipients.
