TimeSolv Version 20250504 Feature Updates & Bug Fixes
Release Date: May 04, 2025
- Enhancement – Portal Access Restored for Retainer Invoices
We’ve restored the previous behavior where portal access is automatically granted to client contacts when a retainer invoice is sent or resent – provided the “Has Portal Access” option is checked. This ensures that the payment link is included in the invoice email, allowing clients to pay through the portal as expected.
- Enhancement – Stability and Performance Improvements for Beta (New) Reports
Error messages that previously appeared for some users when accessing beta reports have been eliminated. Additional behind-the-scenes enhancements have been made to improve overall stability and performance.
- Bug – Email Validation Updated to Accept Special Characters
Email addresses containing underscores, dots, and other special characters are now correctly recognized as valid. Updates to the validation logic ensure users can enter and save a wider range of standard email formats without issue.
- Bug – Financial Dashboard Stability Fix and Improvement
Improvements to the Financial Dashboard now prevent timeout errors when multiple dashboards are accessed simultaneously. Users should experience more reliable access without needing to refresh the page.
- Bug – Office 365 Integration Links Updated
The Office 365 integration links found under Accounts > Integrations have been corrected. These links now lead to the proper Knowledge Base articles, providing a smoother and more consistent user experience.
- Bug – TimeSolv Performance – Intermittent Slowness Resolved for Affected Firm
Backend optimizations have been made to address occasional slowness reported by one firm. These changes help improve responsiveness and deliver a smoother experience across various actions.
- Bug – Related Parties Report – Loading Issue Resolved
The loading issue that prevented the Related Parties report from opening has been corrected. Users can now view the report and access related party information without errors.
- Bug – Time Entry Report – Missing Date Column Label Fixed in Excel Export
The missing “Date” column label in the Excel export of the Time Entry Report has been restored. This fix ensures clearer, more consistent report formatting for users.
