1. Enhancement – Security and API Updates for Contact and Retainer Invoice Endpoints

   Several improvements have been made to enhance API functionality across key endpoints:

   a. Add Contact API

   • The field ‘HasPortalAccess’ has been renamed to ‘CreatePortalAccess’ to provide better clarity on its function.
   • This change ensures that the field’s purpose aligns with its actual behavior when enabling portal access for contacts.

   b. Add Contact Association API

   • A new flag, ‘Has Portal’, has been added to indicate whether the associated contact has portal access.
   • This enhancement improves the API’s ability to manage and track portal access at the contact level.

   c. Add Invoice Retainer API

   • The Retainer Invoice Payment Link is now always included in API responses, even if ‘SendByEmail’ is set to false.
   • The link is now encrypted to enhance security and protect sensitive payment details.
   • Additionally, on the Trust Deposit screen, the Amount field is now read-only when the ‘forceSavePaymentMethod’ flag is enabled, preventing unintended modifications.

   These updates ensure improved data security, API consistency, and clarity in handling contact associations and retainer invoices.

2. Bug – Internal Error When Editing Time Entries or Deleting a Bank Account
   Users previously experienced an error when editing time entries in draft invoices or deleting a bank account. This issue has now been fixed, and both actions can be performed without any interruptions. 3. Bug – Performance Improvements for Invoice Processing and Tab Responsiveness
   TimeSolv has made improvements to enhance system speed and performance. Users should now experience seamless invoice email delivery, quicker report processing, and smoother navigation between tabs. These updates ensure a more efficient and responsive experience.
