TimeSolv Version 20250211 Feature Updates & Bug Fixes

Release Date: February 11, 2025

  1. Enhancement – Automated Trust Replenishment on Invoice Charge
Clicking the Charge button on Sent Invoices now automatically processes both the invoice and the trust replenishment charges. With LawPay or LexCharge enabled and a valid payment method on file, the system charges the operating account for the invoice balance and the trust account for any replenishment needed. This functionality does not apply to consolidated invoices as of now.
  2. Enhancement – Manual Refund Option for Online Payments
Admins using TimeSolvPay can now manually refund online payments when surcharged amounts exceed the due balance. The Refund or Void dialog now enables a payment method dropdown, defaulting to the original method but allowing alternate options (ACH – External, Cash, Check, Wire Transfer, or Other) for manual processing. The refund date is editable and the amount is capped by available funds, ensuring accurate tracking while offline refunds are recorded for historical reference.

  3. Bug – TimeSolvPay Default Provider Display Issue Resolved
The update fixes an issue where, in cases with multiple payment profiles linked to the same bank account, the inactive provider was incorrectly shown as the default. The system has been updated to prioritize active profiles, ensuring that when you set a TimesolvPay account as default, it activates and displays correctly.

  4. Bug – Client Portal ‘Time’ Tab Error Fixed
Navigating to the ‘Time’ tab in the Client Portal now works as expected. An internal error that previously redirected users to the Invoices tab has been resolved by updating the system logic to include all necessary fields. Users can now access the ‘Time’ tab without issues.
