- Enhancement – New Originating Professional Filter Added to Aged Invoices Report
A new “Originating Professional” filter has been added to the Aged Invoices report, located below the “Responsible Professional” filter. This enhancement allows users to easily filter and analyse invoices based on the originating professional, providing greater control and precision in report customization.
- Enhancement – Added Grouping by Responsible Professional in Invoice Summary Report
The Invoice Summary with Payment Allocation report now includes a new “Group By” option for Responsible Professional, Client, and Matter. This enhancement allows users to organize and view report data more effectively, ensuring better clarity and alignment with specific professional responsibilities.
- Enhancement – Enhanced Trust Account API with Balance Retrieval
The Trust Account API endpoint now supports an optional ‘includeBalance’ parameter. When set to true, the API response includes the current trust account balance. By default, this parameter is set to false, ensuring flexibility and efficiency for users who need detailed trust account information.
- Bug – Resolved Slow Loading and Access Issues in Reports Tab
The issue causing slow loading times and delayed transitions in the Reports tab, including switching between old and new (Beta) reports, has been resolved. Customers can now access the Reports tab and switch between report types quickly and efficiently, restoring normal workflow functionality.
- Bug – Resolved Payment Access Issue for Non-Admin Users
An issue was fixed where non-admin users with “View Only” permissions for invoices were able to pay and allocate payments in the “Sent” tab. With this fix, the payment and allocation options are now correctly restricted to users with “All Access” permissions, ensuring proper adherence to permission settings.
- Bug – Resolved Audit Log Loading Timeout Issue
The issue causing timeouts and internal errors in the Audit Log section under the ‘Accounts’ tab has been resolved. Performance was optimized to address the problem, ensuring users can now access the Audit Log seamlessly and with improved reliability.
