  1. Enhancement – Billing Category Label Visibility in Time Entries Report
    An update has been implemented to address the issue where the Billing Category label and its corresponding results were missing from the footer of the Time Entries Report in both the View and PDF screens. Users can now access the report and see the Billing Category label along with the relevant results.
  2. Enhancement – Improved Word Wrapping in Invoice Description Fields
    An update made to enhance the readability of description fields on invoices by ensuring proper word wrapping. Users can now expect improved formatting of longer descriptions, allowing text to wrap correctly without breaking mid-word.
  3. Bug – Retainer Invoice Amount Display Issue Resolved
    An issue was discovered where retainer invoices sent via email showed an incorrect $0 amount in the attached PDF, while the correct amount appeared in the TimeSolv app. This issue has now been resolved, and emailed invoices will display the correct amounts going forward.
  4. Bug – Payment Allocations Not Syncing in QuickBooks Online (QBO)
    An issue was identified where payment allocations were not syncing correctly with QuickBooks Online (QBO), including consolidated invoices. The issue has been resolved, and payments should now be correctly allocated to both individual and consolidated invoices.
  5. Bug – Internal Error Issues When Logging in and Accessing the Time Entry Screen in TimeSolv
    In rare, edge-case scenario, users encountered intermittent internal error messages while trying to log in to TimeSolv and navigating to the Time Entry screen. The login issue would surface only occasionally, resulting in brief disruptions that allowed most users to eventually log in without issue. Meanwhile, on the Time Entry screen, the error presented a corner-case situation, occasionally blocking access and requiring users to log back in to restore functionality. Both of these unique occurrences have been addressed, and users should now experience consistent access to both login and Time Entry functions without further error interruptions.
  6. Bug – Trust Banking Report Error in Newly Created Firms Resolved
    A fix has been implemented to resolve an error that appeared when accessing the Trust Banking Report in newly created firms. This has been corrected, and now the report functions properly for all firms. Users can generate the Trust Banking Report without errors.
  7. Bug – Sorting Issues Resolved in Multiple New Reports
    Sorting functionality issues have been fixed in several reports, including the Trust Banking Report, Timekeeper and Rates Report, Task Code Report, Professional Profitability Report, Budgets Report, Tax Listing Report, Related Parties Report, and Relationships Report. Users can now sort all columns correctly in these reports, enhancing overall usability and data management.
