  1. Enhancement – Abbreviations Report – New Report in TimeSolv
    New version of Abbreviations Report has been enhanced. It now includes filters for Client Category 1, Client Category 2, and Billing Category, along with a client/matter selector for these filters. The report includes the Inactive checkbox for applicable parameters such as Timekeeper, Client-Matter, Responsible Timekeeper, and Originating Timekeeper. Sorting functionality has also been added to improve usability.
  2. Bug – QBO Sync Tool Login Error Resolved
    An issue was reported by multiple firms where users could not log into the QuickBooks Online (QBO) sync tool, receiving an error message. Despite attempts to resolve it through reinstalling the tool and other steps, the issue persisted. The problem has now been fixed, and users can successfully log in to the sync tool again without encountering the error.
  3. Bug – Payment Allocations Not Syncing in QuickBooks Online (QBO)
    An issue was identified where payment allocations were not syncing correctly with QuickBooks Online (QBO). The issue has been resolved, and payments should now be correctly allocated to invoices. If problems persist, please ensure you’re using the latest version of the application.
  4. Bug – Internal Error on Integrations Tab under Account section
    An internal error occurred when customers accessed the “Integrations” tab in Account section. The issue was caused by an outdated connection that has now been removed. Users can now access the “Integrations” tab without any errors.
  5. Bug – Time Entries Report PDF Displays Unnecessary Spaces in Descriptions
    An issue was identified where generating a Time Entries report as a PDF with lengthy descriptions caused unintended extra spaces to appear. This issue has been fixed, and the unnecessary spacing has been removed. Users can now generate the report without encountering spacing issues.
  6. Bug – New Ledger Entries Report Now Displays Invoices
    The new version of the Ledger Entries report has been updated to include invoice details, which were previously missing. The report now shows both invoices and payments, providing a complete view of ledger entries.
  7. Bug – Dashboard – Realization Rate Table Now Displays Correct Data
    The issue with the Realization Rate table under the Staff Dashboard has been resolved. Previously, when “All” was selected in the Professional filter, the chart displayed no details. However, selecting a specific professional would show the correct data. This bug has been fixed, and now both the table and the chart correctly display the realization rate data for the selected professional or for all professionals.
  8. Bug – TimeSync Login Error “Expecting a Boolean, found: [object Object]” Resolved
    The “Expecting a Boolean, found: [object Object]” error during login to the TimeSync app has been fixed. This was an intermittent issue that the team resolved. Users can now log in successfully without encountering the issue. 
  9. Bug – Sorting Issue Resolved on Invoice Summary and Payment Allocations Report & Payment History Report
    The sorting functionality issue in both, the Invoice Summary and Payment Allocations as well as Payments History Report has been resolved. Previously, sorting was not working as expected when toggling the checkboxes. The issue has been fixed, and users can now sort all columns correctly in these reports.
