TimeSolv Version 20201119 Feature Updates & Bug Fixes
Release Date: November 19, 2020
#1: Minor Change: Accounts – Settings – Default Password Expiration time to 180 days
We have added two more options for the Password Expiration dropdown: 180 days and 360 days.
#2: Bug Fix: Reports – Revenue & Commissions – Responsible Timekeeper Filter not Working
Even when one Responsible Timekeeper was selected, the Revenue & Commissions report still showed data for other Responsible Timekeepers. This has been fixed.
#3: Bug Fix: Documents – An Error is Appearing Upon Clicking the ‘Search’ Button at OneDrive Documents Tab
Under Documents>Documents>OneDrive when trying to ‘Search’ an error message appears. This has been fixed.
#4: Bug Fix: Reports – Revenue & Commissions – Totals for Responsible Timekeeper and Originating Timekeeper Sections not Rounding Correctly
We have fixed the difference in rounding of total amounts for the Responsible and Originating Timekeeper sections of the Revenue & Commissions report.
#5: Bug Fix: Invoice Settings – Flexible Template Does not Default to Fixed Fee Template
Under Matter>Invoice Settings screen, when a user picked Fixed Fee the template name did not change yet allowed the user to change the template. As a result, the user wasted a lot of time trying to customize a template and wondering why the changes were not being populated to the Draft Fixed Fee Invoice. This has been fixed.
#6: Bug Fix: Invoice – Main Page not Displaying Allocated Payments from Operating or Trust Accounts
There were two scenarios: 1) If money was allocated from the Trust Account automatically it would not show up on the main page of the Invoice as a payment received. 2) The same issue existed even if the money was allocated from the Operating Account. The Invoice template was set to ‘Show all payments since last Invoice’ and the template was set ‘as of current date’. The payments were made after the Invoice was created, still not appearing on the main page of the invoice. This has been fixed.
#7: Bug Fix: Invoices – Fixed Fee – Taxes are not Calculated if there is no Time/Expense Entry
A Fixed Fee – Time & Expense Invoice was not charging taxes unless there was a Time or Expense entry. There was also a discrepancy in Tax 2 (Sales tax) calculation. These issues have been fixed.
