#1: Enhancement: Invoice – Draft – Edit Address Creates New Contact

Previously editing a Contact Address under Invoices>Drafts>Edit Draft Screen>Addresses>Edit Address, any changes to the Contact was creating a new Contact on the respective Client/Matter. This enhancement means the original Contact will now be updated..

#2: Enhancement: Ability to Filter ‘Payment History’ Report by Categories

‘Payment History’ Reports can now be filtered by Categories so that users do not have to remember the segments.

#3: New Feature: Tax 2 – Impact – Reports

On the ‘Invoice Summary with Payment Allocation’ Report, PDF files will show the total of the two taxes under the Tax column. CSV will display Tax and Tax 2 columns separately and the labels will be terminology based.

#4: Enhancement: User Registration – New Flow Implementation

TimeSolv has revised and updated the user registration process flow.

#5: Enhancement: Setting to Control Whether Total Hours are Displayed as a Line Item on Invoice

Previously, when the Hour checkbox was selected on the Flexible Billing Template under the Time tab, the Hour’s column was being displayed as well as the Total line item on the invoice. Since the Hours total being displayed for Time Details on the Invoice was considered to aggregate both billable and non-billable Time Entries, this option has been made configurable.

#6: Enhancement: Selection and Implementation of New Document Previewer

Previously, the Preview Invoice icon on the Invoice screens (Draft/Sent) would sometimes not work and opened a blank page in the pop-up. A new document previewer has now been implemented.

#7: Bug Fix: User Imports Abbreviation File – It Shows Error Message of Already Imported Abbreviation

Previously, under Account>Import/Export>Entity Abbreviation, when uploading a valid file it was not importing successfully and an error message appeared claiming Abbreviation was already imported. This has been fixed.

#8: Bug Fix: Time Search – Dates Unable to be Selected on First Click on Calendar Pop-up of Copy/Move

Previously, under the Time>Time Search screen, when trying to Copy/Move an entry, the Date was not getting selected on the first click from the calendar drop-down. This has been fixed.

#9: Bug Fix: Clone Matter – Matter Plan – Copying Matter is Giving Error if There’s no Plan Task/Milestone Under any Phase

There was an error message appearing when trying to Copy a Matter without a Plan Task/Milestone under a Phase. This has been fixed.

#10: Bug Fix: Matter – Invoice Settings – Invoice Delivery – Error When Unchecking the ‘Email’ Option with LEDES Format Selected

Previously, under Matter>Invoice Settings – Invoice Delivery, if you had the ‘Email’ option selected with LEDES format, when unchecking the ‘Email’ option an error message was appearing. This has been fixed.
