#1: Feature: Aged Accounts Receivable Listed on Invoices

To remind Clients of the age of outstanding invoices, a grid can now be added onto invoices to show the clients this information. It needs to be enabled under Flexible Billing Templates and can appear on the Cover Page, Main Invoice Page, Statement Page, and Remittance Page.

#2 Feature: New Service Option

A new “Services” option in the Flexible Billing Template will allow users to separate soft costs from hard costs on their invoices.

#3: Bug Fix: Subscription – Payment Method Update Not Showing in TimeSolv

Some customers reported that when entering their payment into TimeSolv they were getting an error that claimed their payment already existed. TimeSolv would not be notified of a new customer, and it was not being updated in BO to show the customers as paying customers. This issue has been fixed.

#4: Bug Fix: Payments Search – User is Unable to Search for Transactions of a Particular Client/Matter

Previously, under the Payments>Payments screen there was an issue with the system allowing a search for any particular Client/Matter for any given number of times. This has been fixed.

#5: Bug Fix: Copy/Move Not Working on Paginated Pages

A customer attempted to move Time Entries and entries on page #1 worked fine. However, there were issues on page #2 where the move was not working and a message appeared “No Time Entries selected.” This issue has been fixed.

#6: Bug Fix: Draft Invoice – Internal Server Error Upon Deleting an Expense Entry with Receipt Uploaded

Previously, when trying to update the original Expense Entry and then select to delete the Expense Entry was attempted under draft invoices, an internal server error was received and the Expense Entry would not delete. This issue has been fixed.
