TimeSolv Version 20200606 Feature Updates & Bug Fixes

#1: Feature: Import/Export Custom Fields
Timesolv users can now import and export Custom Fields for Clients and Matters as a separate file.
#2 Feature: Set Original Time/Expense Entry as Checked by Default
Users can toggle a new invoice setting, “Update Original Entries”, on/off so that based when a user edits a Time/Expense Entry on the invoice level then the firm setting is applied. This setting is not applied to split entries.
#3: Feature: Filter Staff by Active/Inactive Status
Users can now filter their list of Timekeepers (under Account>Timekeepers screen) by Active/Inactive status.
#4: Feature: Ability to edit Narratives on Sent Invoices
Users now have the ability to edit and save the Invoice Narrative on Sent Invoices. Changes made to the Narrative at the Invoice level are saved at the Invoice only and doesn’t override the Client/Matter Narrative.
#5: Feature: Time/Expense Totals (Search, Matter, Invoice) on Invoice screen tabs
Users can now filter their list of Timekeepers (under Account>Timekeepers screen) by Active/Inactive status.
#6: Bug Fix: 2FA – Invalid activation barcode error on both Authenticator apps upon scanning the QR code from iPhone
Previously, there was an invalid activation barcode error on the Authenticator app upon scanning the QR code from an iPhone. This has been fixed.
#7: Bug Fix: iPhone App NOT Recording Dictation
It was reported that every time a user tried to dictate a billing narrative (notes/description) on their iPhone, the app accepted the first couple of words and then would stop. This has been fixed.
#8: Bug Fix: Task Codes – Rate column shows empty for zero (0) rate value
It was reported that upon creating a new Non-billable Task Code with Rate Type set to Hours and Rate = 0, the New Task Code was created and showed on the list but the Rate column was empty (it should show 0 as the set Rate). This has been fixed.
#9: Bug Fix: Import – Related Parties – Error (being updated by another user)
When a customer tried to import Related Parties they kept seeing an error message, ‘Please refresh this screen before making changes due to updates by another user’. It was reported no other user was making changes on the Matter. This has been resolved.
