TimeSolv Version 20200311 Feature Updates & Bug Fixes

#1: Feature: Time/Expense – Warning Message When a User Navigates to Another Screen

Previously, if a user was in the middle of filling out a Time/Expense Entry and did not ‘Save’ it prior to navigating to a different tab in TimeSolv, there was no warning message to prevent the user from losing the information. A warning message is now displayed reminding the user to save their work prior to leaving the screen.

#2 Feature: Invoices – Edit Draft Invoice – Showing Invoice Total instead of Matter Total

Previously, when a user went into their consolidated draft invoice, it showed the Invoice Total instead of the selected Matter Total. Now, when a Matter is specified, only the Matter total is shown at the end of the grid.

#3: Feature: Task Summary Report – Filter Values Original Values and Not Billed Values

Previously, the Task Summar Report did not allow users to specify how to filter values and was showing Original Values only. Now users can specify whether they want the report to show Original Values or Billed Values.

#4: Bug Fix: Matters That Have an Originating Attorney Specified Cannot be Imported if an Originating Attorney Already Exists in TimeSolv

When trying to import a Matter file, the system only imported the Matters that did not have an Originating Attorney specified both in File and System. Error message displayed: Originating Attorney already exists. This has been fixed.

#5: Bug Fix: Payment Setting is Missing for TimeSolv Pro Users

Payment>Settings>General screen was not shown to non-legal customers as it only entailed Trust Account settings. But now that TimeSolv has a few more features under it, TimeSolv Pro users have been granted access to Payment Settings screen.
