Aged Invoices Report

Aged Invoices Report

The Aged Invoice Report classifies receivables based on the period the Invoices have been outstanding, providing the firm with valuable insights on when to consider taking action on unpaid Invoices.

By default, the Aged Invoice Report displays the data as of the current date. Select an appropriate date from the calendar to generate the Report with a different As of Date.

To access the Aged Invoices Report, select Reports>Invoices, Payments and Trusts>Aged Invoices. The toggle button should be turned on in the last column; otherwise, the link will open the standard report.

The Report can be filtered on the following parameters:

– Client: Select single or multiple clients From the pop-up dialog. You can also use the ‘All’ to bring up the data for all the Firm’s clients.

– Responsible Timekeeper: To display Invoices against specific Timekeeper(s).

– Category, Sub-Category, and Billing Category: Select Client or Matter from the respective dropdown just above the fields to display the data grouped by the relevant category.

– As of Date: Provides the option to generate Reports on specific As of Date.

– Group By allows various ways users can Group the Report:

– By Client

– Client & Matter

– Category & Client

– Category & Client & Matter

– Responsible Timekeeper & Client

– Responsible Timekeeper & Client & Matter

– Suppress Invoice Details: Enable this checkbox to hide the Invoice Number and Invoice Date. By default, it is unchecked, and Invoice details are displayed.
