Why am I Unable to Establish a Secure Connection?
When you receive the message:
“Unable to establish a secure connection with “timesolv.com”. There is a problem with the security certificate from that site. (The identity certificate name is not correct.)”
or
“Security Alert: The name on the security certificate does not match the name of the site.”
Please check to make sure that you have entered timesolv.com’s secure site by first going to www.timesolv.com and clicking Login from there. You should log out and log back in immediately.
