Purpose & Benefit: The Project/Matter calendar has been completely structured for ease of use with drag-and-drop capabilities. You can view daily, weekly, and monthly calendars for timekeepers and project/matters. Features include the ability to assign timekeepers to a calendar event with a specific view or update permissions.
Company holidays are defined in the calendar section.
- Select Calendar under the Calendar tab.
- Select the top ‘All Day‘ field under the relevant day to create a calendar event.
- . A check box is available for ‘company holiday’. Company holiday is considered as full day holiday.
- If the checkbox is enabled then all other fields are hidden because this will be considered as full day holiday
- Click Save.
